GreatBridge Consulting provides expert testimony services in the areas of economic damages, surveys, valuation, licensing and marketing for patents, trade secrets, trademarks and copyrights, claims of false advertising, and assessments of commercial success. Our testifying experience also includes domestic industry evaluations and the assessment of bonding issues before the International Trade Commission. We provide expert testimony services for antitrust matters and other commercial disputes as well as surveys for patent, trademark and other IP litigation. We also offer valuation services for intellectual property-rich companies and assist in licensing negotiations.

Director

GreatBridge is seeking a Director for its Washington, DC office. The Director will be responsible for reviewing, writing and finalizing reports, quantitative analyses, presentations and other key projects. The Director will also be responsible for the oversight and management of engagement teams and work product, as well as the development and management of staff. He or she will work closely with the CEO and other team members on the strategic direction of engagements and the development of company policies and leadership of the team. The Director will also help shape the effectiveness and efficiency of the company’s project management toolbox.

Experience

•  6-10 years of litigation consulting experience preferred
•  Minimum 6-8 years of supervisory experience within consulting engagements overseeing analysts to generate analyses and deliverables required
•  Minimum 6 years of intellectual property experience required

Education

•  BS in Accounting, Finance or Economics
– Masters degree, CPA or CFA strongly preferred

Associate

GreatBridge is currently seeking an Associate for its Washington, DC office. The Associate will be a key member of GreatBridge Consulting’s engagement teams. He or she will be responsible for creating draft and final versions of quantitative analyses, presentations, reports and other key deliverables, and managing analysts in the creation of such deliverables. The Associate will serve a key role in internal communication, providing feedback and strategic direction to analysts and informing top management of progress and suggested changes to both engagement workplans and internal company policies. The Associate will also be responsible for the oversight of administrative and practice development projects as well as providing feedback to the company’s operations department regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of the company’s project management toolbox.

Experience

•  4-7 years’ experience in litigation consulting
– Experience in other corporate financial or economic consulting (e.g. bankruptcy, restructuring, valuation, corporate finance, licensing, intellectual property management, etc.) considered along with a minimum of 2 years litigation consulting experience.
– Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience within consulting engagements overseeing analysts to generate analyses and deliverables
•  Intellectual Property experience preferred

Education

•  BS in Accounting, Finance or Economics
– Masters degree preferred

Strong management skills are highly valued, and the management of Analysts and Research Assistants as well as the day-to-day activities of their cases is an important part of the position.
